QuickForce is a Work Force Management application to assist in performing Field Service Operations in Automated Manner using Mobile Applications. It also integrated with Spare Part Management Software to provide real time operations requiring Spare Parts in Warehouse, so that Field Services can be performed using available Inventory. In addition it provides capability to identify and auto-assign tickets to field engineer based on various permutation including Proximity to fault location , SME Availability and Skill Set of the SME.
